Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH seeks a compassionate RN to join our night shift team. You will supervise clinical staff, administer medications, and ensure high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Requirements include active RN license, accredited nursing program, CPR/BLS, and prior post-acute care experience preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term or post-acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes.
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per facility policies.
• Respond to resident emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
