Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate RN to join the night shift team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure resident health and safety in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities include planning and evaluating care, administering medications, monitoring patient status, and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members.
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.
