Job summary

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate RN to join the night shift in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will supervise clinical staff, administer medications, and ensure the health and safety of residents while maintaining high-quality care and documentation.

This full-time role requires an active RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and prior experience in post-acute care. Competitive pay, night-shift differential, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to physicians and team members.
• Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation per facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and provide nursing interventions.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
