Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is hiring a compassionate RN to join our night shift team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure resident well-being in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Requirements include an active RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and CPR/BLS certification. Prior SNF/post-acute care and supervisory experience are preferred. Includes benefits and night-shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to physicians and team.
• Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide nursing interventions as needed.
• Participate in shift reports and quality improvement activities.
• Promote a resident-centered environment with quality care and customer service.
