Job summary

Ascension Health at Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a full-time nurse leader for the Stepdown Intermediate Care unit. You will lead the nursing team, drive high-quality patient care, and ensure operational efficiency within a compliant healthcare setting.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license ifconsidered multi-state/Compact State. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
