Ascension is seeking a Nurse Manager for Surgical Services in Baltimore, MD. Lead the perioperative team, oversee OR operations, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance in a full-time on-site role.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing budgets, and fostering collaboration among physicians, nurses, and support teams to enhance patient care and experience.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse licensure obtained prior to hire date.
• 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
