Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced RN Educator for the Maternal Services department. This full-time, day-shift role combines clinical education design with hands-on staff development to uphold high standards of patient care.

You'll assess educational gaps, develop competency-based programs, partner with leaders, and evaluate performance to drive continuous improvement. A Diploma in Nursing is required; Master's preferred; RN educator experience in maternal

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
