Job summary

Ascension Saint Alexius in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking a part-time Labor and Delivery RN to care for high-risk patients during labor and delivery. You will follow established protocols, coordinate with the healthcare team, and support discharge planning while maintaining patient safety and emotional support.

The role features day shifts, a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, and opportunities for professional growth within a large Catholic health system.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire.
• Registered Nurse credential for Illinois required.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure at time of hire.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
