Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in our Greenfield, IN facility. You will plan daily nursing activities, administer medications, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

You will coordinate with physicians, maintain safety protocols, and support residents, families, and staff. Prior LTC experience and active RN license required; CPR/First Aid certifications are necessary.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current unencumbered state license.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and LTC regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Willing to take additional training as state may require.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants and oversee daily activities.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with physicians and inter-department teams.
• Uphold safety protocols and high-quality care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meals.
• Communicate changes to clinical leadership.
• Support care for residents with dementia.
