PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Indiana unit. You will plan, direct, and deliver patient care, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and support discharge planning and family teaching.

Under nursing leadership, you may assume Charge Nurse duties. BLS certification is required now; ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment. One year of inpatient med-surgical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; must be AHA approved.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties; ACLS certification required for that role.
