Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greater Indiana North is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the inpatient unit. Under the direction of nursing leadership, you will help coordinate interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and post-hospitalization teaching for patients in a busy medical-surgical setting.

Current RN licensure in Indiana (or compact) is required, with BLS pre-requisite and ACLS to be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state (or compact licensure)
• Current BLS required; ACLS certification required within 90 days
• ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days; Charge Nurses require ACLS

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties with ACLS as required.
