Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time capacity. The RN will utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit, while coordinating discharge planning and patient/family teaching. ACLS certification may be required for Charge Nurse duties.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, adherence to ACLS/BLS requirements, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing multi-location healthcare provider.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state where the hospital resides (or compact licensure).
Current BLS certification is required.
ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Deliver, direct and supervise care to patients in the nursing unit.
Plan, coordinate and provide patient care, including discharge planning and patient/family teaching.
Participate in interdisciplinary planning and community resource access. May perform Charge Nurse duties (ACLS required).
