Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greater Indiana North in New Albany, IN is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit. You will work under the direction of nursing leadership, participate in care planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching across transitions.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in the state or compact licensure, maintain BLS, and obtain ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where the hospital resides or a compact license.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; current ACLS for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and community resources.
