Job summary

Ascension is seeking an experienced RN for ICU Float in Pensacola, FL. The role entails night shifts and PRN coverage, floating to multiple units as needed to support patient care.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, care planning, and collaboration with the healthcare team; BLS and Florida RN licensure are required. A Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program is essential. Competitive benefits offered by Ascension.

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire or transfer date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing prior to hire date or transfer date.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences

• 1 years of hospital experience in the PCU
• ICU Experience.
