Job summary

Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Night Shift at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay in Panama City, FL. You will provide direct patient care, implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a Florida RN license and BLS certification, with a Diploma in Nursing. You will work in a fast-paced float department, supporting diverse clinical needs while upholding Ascension's patient-centered values.

• BLS Provider certification required within 1 month (30 days) of hire date; AHA or Red Cross accepted.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire required.
