Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality; adhere to Mercy standards and policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Support growth and learning in a dynamic float pool environment.
