Job summary

Mercy St Louis Float Pool is seeking flexible Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time shifts. Nurses will float across units (Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU/CVICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics and more) and must meet Missouri RN licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Float to multiple units (Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics) as needed.
