Job summary

Mercy Float Pool is hiring registered nurses for flexible full-time and part-time shifts across multiple units. You’ll gain broad clinical experience and collaborate with diverse teams while delivering high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have acute care RN experience, Missouri licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification, with BSN preferred. Mercy supports growth, tuition assistance, and competitive shift differentials within a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months in past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain professional accountability.
• Coordinate patient care across departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Work in Mercy Float Pool with options for Days, Midshifts and Nights.
• Engage in growth opportunities and adapt to varied clinical units across the hospital.
