Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced RN for its Float Pool in Missouri. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts with opportunities to float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, and more. You’ll gain broad clinical experience, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow your nursing career within Mercy’s supportive environment.

Expect flexible scheduling including days, midshifts, and nights. Eligibility includes an acute care RN license in Missouri, BSN preferred, and active BLS/ACLS

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months within the past year)
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
• Current MO RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units in the Mercy Float Pool
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality in all interactions
• Uphold Mercy Nursing Practice Model and professional standards
