Job summary

Mercy Hospital Saint Louis is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to work full-time with flexible day or night shifts. You will gain experience across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more while providing high-quality patient care within Mercy’s nursing practice model.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of acute care RN experience, Missouri RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification. Mercy offers extensive benefits, tuition assistance, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and more.
• Provide patient care in accordance with Mercy Nursing Practice Model and standards.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
