Job summary

Mercy is seeking RNs for the St. Louis Float Pool. The role offers full-time and part-time shifts across multiple hospital units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and CVICU. You will provide patient care, coordinate with other departments, and uphold Mercy's standards of confidentiality and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current MO RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CVICU.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams across hospital units.
• Support float pool operations and ensure patient safety and quality care.
