Job summary

Mercy is seeking qualified Nursing Float Pool RNs to support full-time and part-time shifts in Missouri. You will care for patients across multiple units, coordinate with diverse teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality while adhering to Mercy standards.

This role offers growth through exposure to Med/Surg, telemetry, ICU, and specialty units. We value flexibility, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS (American Heart Association).
• ACLS (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Act in accordance with Mercy Service Standards and professional ethics.
