Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Float Pool RN for full- and part-time shifts in Missouri. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinating with various hospital teams to ensure comprehensive care. The Float Pool offers exposure to multiple units and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year of acute care experience (past year preferred).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in float pool rotations across units.
