Mercy St Louis Float Pool is seeking experienced registered nurses for full-time and part-time shifts. You will float to various units—Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, Neurology, Orthopedics, and more—providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS (American Heart Association) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units within Mercy Float Pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in continuous learning and growth within a dynamic hospital setting.
