Job summary

Penn Medicine Princeton Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Float Pool for day shift coverage. The RN will be floated to all areas within the hospital to provide competent professional nursing care.

Requirements include BSN or enrolled, 15 months RN experience, BLS, and NJ RN license; National Certification preferred. Salary ranges are provided and benefits are offered. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 15 months of RN experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Active NJ RN license required
• National Nursing Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care through the nursing process and assumes accountability for the care of assigned patients (infant to elderly).
• Works with interprofessional health care team to coordinate care across the continuum.
• Demonstrates competencies in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, leadership, safety and teamwork.
