Job summary

Penn Medicine Princeton Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool and cover night shifts on the Med-Surg floors. The role requires a BSN or current pursuit, BLS certification, and an NJ RN license, with 15 months of RN experience and the ability to float to multiple units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of.
• 15 months of RN experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Active NJ RN license required.
• National Nursing Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the nursing process for patients from infancy to elderly.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to coordinate patient care across units.
• Adhere to quality improvement, safety, and professionalism standards.
• Utilize informatics and technology to document and communicate patient information.
• Floated to all Med-Surg areas as part of Float Pool assignments.
