Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work the night shift in the Float Pool. This RN will be floated to all areas within the hospital, delivering professional nursing care and coordinating with the interprofessional team.

Requirements include BSN or in pursuit, at least 15 months RN experience, active NJ RN license, BLS, and preferred national certification. The role offers a 36-hour weekly schedule and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• BSN required or in pursuit of
• 15 months of RN experience required
• Active NJ RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• National Nursing Certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and assume accountability for care.
• Collaborate with the interprofessional health care team to coordinate care.
• Care for patients across the age spectrum from infancy to elderly.
