Job summary

Penn Medicine Princeton Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool and cover day shifts across Med-Surg units. The RN will be floated to all Med-Surg areas, 36 hours per week with three weekend shifts per month.

Qualifications

• 15 months of RN experience required
• Active NJ RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• National Nursing Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process for a wide age range from infant to elderly
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to coordinate care across the continuum
• Demonstrate professionalism, safety and evidence-based practice in daily nursing care
• Maintain knowledge across PMPH standards and nursing competency domains
