Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Float Pool for night shift coverage. The RN will be floated to all Med-Surg areas, ensuring safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process.

Requirements include a BSN or active pursuit, 15 months RN experience, NJ RN license, and BLS. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly rate in a leading academic medical center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of.
• 15 months of RN experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Active NJ RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Float to all Med-Surg areas within the Float Pool.
• Provide patient care through the nursing process and maintain accountability for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to coordinate care across the continuum.
