Ascension St. Vincent's Indianapolis Hospital is seeking qualified ICU Nurses to join the Premier Staffing team. Night shift roles offer 36-48 hours per week with a gross rate up to a weekly total of $3,689.

The job location is Indianapolis, IN, within Ascension Premier Staffing - ICU Neuro Trauma. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, execute orders, and support discharge planning with the health care team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required by hire.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within specified windows.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program is required.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • Certified Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Certified BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Certified Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
