Job summary

Westfields Hospital & Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care Clinic team. The RN will provide effective, quality nursing care and act as a resource for staff, with autonomous clinical decision-making and care planning.

You will perform patient triage by telephone and in clinic, develop and implement teaching plans, and support our mission, values, and goals. This is a 4-day schedule with varying shifts, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current BLS certification (if not current, must be within 3 months of hire).
• Current Wisconsin and Minnesota Nursing Licenses are required.

Position Summary:

To provide effective, quality, professional nursing care/services to our patients here within the Primary Care Clinic. The RN is able to make independent nursing diagnoses, develop plans of care, create and implement dynamic teaching plans based on patient needs and acts as resource for other staff members. In addition, the RN will provide patient triage via telephone and in-clinic, and other applicable RN duties as assigned according to clinic policies and procedures. This position is expected to support the mission, vision, values, and goals/objectives of Westfields Hospital and Clinic

Work Schedule:

• 4 days a week,
• Monday-Friday varying shifts
• 7:45am-4:15pm & 8:30am-5:00pm

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or bachelor's degree in nursing
• Current BLS certification. If not current, require within 3 months of hire and be maintained while employed.
• Current Wisconsin and Minnesota License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum equivalent of two years' recent nursing experience in ambulatory care or equivalent one-year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred. (The experience requirement will be up to the discretion of the nursing supervisor).
