Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to lead daily patient care operations and supervise clinical teams across University Hospital and affiliated clinics in Madison.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, at least 2 years of RN experience with leadership exposure, and WI RN licensure. This role offers a 100% FTE schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within our integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience is required.
• 1 year of progressive leadership experience preferred.
• RN license in WI required.

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will primarily work at University Hospital while also spending time at the 20 S. Park and East Park Medical Center in Madison, WI.

• Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services
• Supervise clinical team at Location/ Locations
• Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice
• Facilitates communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care.
