Ascension Health in Carmel, IN is seeking a registered nurse to implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinating care across disciplines and executing physician and nursing orders. The role includes discharge planning collaboration to ensure smooth transitions for patients.

The position requires a nursing diploma or equivalent licensure, with BLS within 30 days of hire, and RN licensure prior to hire. Competitive benefits are provided at Ascension.

• Schedule: Monday and Thursday: 9am-6pm, Tuesday 7am-3pm, Wednesday and Friday 6am-1pm

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
