Job summary

Ascension in Evansville, IN, is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the patient's clinical journey on a Cardiac Telemetry unit. This full-time night shift (7pm–7am) role includes coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes.

A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered for eligible candidates. Minimum requirements include Indiana RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and a nursing diploma.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.

• Lead the patient's clinical journey by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans that prioritize safety, recovery, and high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure every aspect of the patient's treatment is seamless, holistic, and well-communicated.
• Advocate for patient health by vigilantly monitoring conditions and communicating critical changes to the medical team for immediate, proactive interventions.
• Empower patients and their families by assessing discharge needs and coordinating a clear transition plan, ensuring they have the resources required for a successful recovery at home.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
