Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Stones River in Woodbury, TN seeks a Registered Nurse to provide bio-psychosocial assessments, develop and implement a nursing care plan, and participate in treatment team conferences within a Behavioral Health department. The role includes leading group therapy sessions and collaborating to adjust plans as patient needs evolve.

Minimum requirements include TN RN licensure, BLS certification within 1 month of hire, and a nursing diploma.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Instructor specializing in Basic Life Support obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
