Adept Nursing & Rehab of Sutherland is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing staff and deliver high-quality care to residents at our skilled nursing facility in Sutherland, Nebraska. The RN will assess needs, coordinate treatments, and ensure compliant, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Nebraska RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver quality care.
• Coordinate with physicians and specialists to ensure resident needs are met.
• Educate residents and families on health management and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
