Adept Nursing & Rehab of Sutherland is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team in Sutherland, NE. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure high-quality, safe care.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, shift differentials, daily pay, 401k, and comprehensive health coverage. Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents including wound, catheter care, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care aligns with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
