Adept Nursing & Rehab of Sutherland is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, shift differentials, daily pay option, 401k, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care is delivered in line with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
