Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for all shifts. New grads are welcome, and walk-in interviews are encouraged.

RN will oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include developing care plans, administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with physicians and specialists to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
