Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts at our skilled nursing facility. RNs will oversee nursing staff and ensure high‑quality care for residents in a supportive environment.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, daily pay option, 401k, health/dental/vision, shift differentials, PTO and holidays, referral bonuses, and opportunities for career growth with a great leadership team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
