Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Blue Hill is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for all shifts to provide high-quality resident care in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

You will supervise licensed and certified nursing staff, administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, compliant care. Nebraska Rural Health incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska or eligible to obtain.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, patient-focused and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
