Rising Ground in Bronx, NY is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor for the I/DD program. The RN provides care management under OPWDD regulations, supervising staff performing delegated nursing tasks, and ensuring compliant medical care and documentation within residents' homes.

The RN provides care management to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities under the OPWDD regulations. Supervision of Staff in regard to delegated nursing tasks such as but not limited to medication administration, medical care, participation in team meetings, education and training within scope of practice.
