Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services seeks a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and anesthesiologists. You will perform clinical duties, take x-rays, assist during procedures, and help maintain a welcoming environment for children.

Requirements include California RDA license, X-ray and BLS certifications; Sealant certification preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Competitive pay $25.00–$29.00 per hour plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Certification from a dental college or 3+ months related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the doctor in procedures.
• Operates x-ray equipment and takes x-rays.
• Prophy teeth.
• Instructs patients on oral hygiene.
• Chart and treatment plan with doctor.
• Sterilizes instruments.
• Setup and prepares rooms for hygiene and treatment.
• Take IO's.
• Charting.
• Sealants, if applicable.

Pay per hour $25.00 to $29.00 - Plus Bonus system for Sealants

Education and/or Experience

• Certification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or training OR Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• BIlingual in Spanish, preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• California Registered Dental Assistant License
• X-Ray Certification
• Coronal Polish Certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Sealant Certification, preferred
