CHOICE Healthcare Services is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in California. The role supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials, and by passing instruments and materials during procedures.

Pay range offered is $20.77–$27.84 per hour based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and strong emphasis on wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Certification from a dental college or 3+ months related experience and/or training.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• California Registered Dental Assistant License or pending licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the doctor in procedures.
• Operates x-ray equipment and takes x-rays.
• Prophylaxis of teeth (prophy).
• Instructs patients on oral hygiene.
• Chart and treatment plan with doctor.
• Sterilizes instruments.
• Setup and prepares rooms for hygiene and treatment.
• Take IO's.
• Charting.
• Sealants when applicable.

Summary: The Registered Dental Assistant supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.

Pay Range: $20.77-$27.84/hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

• Certification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or trainingOR Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• California Registered Dental Assistant License
• X-Ray Certification

• Coronal Polish Certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Sealant Certification
