Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Merced, California. The role supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials, passing instruments, and assisting with procedures under the dentist's supervision.

Responsibilities include operating x-ray equipment, taking x-rays, providing prophylaxis, instructing patients on oral hygiene, charting with the doctor, and sterilizing instruments.

Qualifications

• Certification from a dental college OR 3+ months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Summary: The Registered Dental Assistant supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the Dental Practice Act.

Pay Range: $17.64-$26.44/hour (Based on experience)

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• California Registered Dental Assistant License
• X-Ray Certification

• Coronal Polish Certification
• Current BLS certification
