Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision in Texas. The role focuses on data collection, client engagement, and family collaboration in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–6:00 PM with pay between $21 and $29 per hour, based on experience. You will participate in supervision sessions and ongoing training to ensure high-quality ABA therapy for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.
