Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Manvel, TX is seeking a responsive RBT for a part-time role after school hours. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM. Pay ranges from $21–$29/hour based on experience.

A New Hire Bonus is offered after 4 weeks, paid with the first paycheck following that period. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, attend supervision, and engage with clients and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and maintained throughout employment.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Professionalism under pressure and active listening are important.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
