Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Texas is seeking a part-time RBT to support children with ASD. The role involves implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and engaging with families to encourage progress.

The position requires an RBT certification and at least 8 months of ABA experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM–6:30 PM, and compensation is $21–$29 per hour based on experience.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
