Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to support children with autism in our clinic setting. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBAs supervision, attend supervision sessions, and accurately record data using our electronic system.

We value reliable, compassionate individuals with at least 8 months ABA experience and an active RBT certification. Competitive pay and bonus eligibility after 4 weeks reflect our supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Minimum 8 months ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism under pressure.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and/or 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience
• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment
• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark
• Eligibility requires:
  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work
  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
