Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and engage with families. The role features after-school/evening hours (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM) Monday–Friday and/or Saturdays, with a pay rate of $21–$29 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include data collection, attending supervision and team meetings, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor with clients and families.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Minimum 8 months ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism under pressure.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).

New Hire Bonus!

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
